I believe there is no "right" or "wrong" way to organize. We ALL have different styles,needs, and ways of thinking about organization. It is the organizer's job and responsibility to find a system that wil work for their client's specific goals. I’m sorry your experience with an organizer was so frustrating. I believe there is no “right” or “wrong” way to organize. We ALL have different styles,needs, and ways of thinking about organization.
