		<description>While I am a firm believer in the quality of Japanese rice cookers, I am now beginning to appreciate that cheaper models have something to offer as well.

The fact that you can remove the lid completely from this Black &amp; Decker style of machine is great for lots of non-rice cooking needs.</description>
