		<description>I was thinking about this today and realized that the promotion is likely in markets where Dunkin Donuts has newly expanded--and this is their way of grabbing market share. I&#039;m not sure I&#039;d got as far as calling it bogus but it&#039;s a bummer when your state is not included (neither PA nor NJ is).
