Rita’s Water Ice is celebrating the first day of spring (March 20th) with free water ice for its customers. (Last year Rita’s gave away 1.2 million free regular-sized cups of water ice on the first day of spring.)

I’m with you on the Hooter’s thing! Our local Rita’s hasn’t opened yet…new owners haven’t gotten up to speed yet. Maybe they’ll do a freebie when they open.
