5 Ways to Get Free Breakfast This Week

Get a free Krispy Kreme doughnut on September 19th.

The most frugal way to get free breakfast is to eat at home. But sometimes you like to enjoy a meal out.

Lucky for you I’ve tracked down 5 ways that you can get breakfast for free this week. In some instances you need to make a purchase to get the freebie; in at least two instances, though, your breakfast will be completely free!

Here are the 5 places you can go for breakfast freebies!

  1. Krispy Kreme. Did you know that Wednesday, September 19th (tomorrow!) is Talk Like a Pirate Day? Krispy Kreme does, and it’s offering two awesome freebies for any “pirates” who visit a participating Krispy Kreme location. If you show up and be all like “Argh, shiver me timbers” (i.e. you talk like a pirate), you’ll get  a free doughnut. Now if you take your pirate-ness to another level, you will get a whole different kind of free booty. Those dressed up like a pirate will be rewarded with a free dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Visit the Krispy Kreme website for a list of the participating locations nationwide.
  2. IKEA. Every Monday is free breakfast day at IKEA. All you need to do is show up by 11 a.m. and order the breakfast that normally costs $.99. (When you’re on the IKEA website, check out the other days of the week with free food offers!)
  3. Wawa. If you live in the MidAtlantic, then you’re familiar with Wawa–the Philly version of 7-11. Through Halloween, you can use this coupon to get a BOGO (buy one get one) muffin for free. Maybe you can couple this with National Coffee Day on September 29th–perhaps Wawa will be participating with free coffee!
  4. Del Taco. I don’t normally think of Del Taco as a breakfast place, but get this: When you “Like” Del Taco on Facebook, you’ll be able to access a coupon for free hash browns. (You’ll also get a coupon for a free shrimp taco to enjoy at lunch.)
  5. Einstein Bros. Bagels. You can enjoy two different breakfast freebies at Einstein Bros. Bagels through September 24th, when you present this coupon. One freebie is for free bagel poppers–the bagel version of donut holes, I believe–with a beverage purcahse. The other freebie is a free egg sandwich when you purchase an egg sandwich–or a BOGO egg sandwich deal.

My plan is to do additional posts this week on where you can find free lunch and free dinner. Also, I mentioned National Coffee Day that is coming up–I’ll be sure to do an entire post dedicated to that freebie day. I’m hoping there will be lots of places for you to find free coffee all day long!
