Today is Sunday of Labor Day Weekend, and as I’d mentioned in an earlier post, one of the handful of Sundays during the year when there are no Sunday coupons in the paper.
Thankfully, bloggers like myself have your back and can continue to bring you printable coupons. That way on non-coupon Sundays, you can still get coupons to save on your grocery shopping.
Speaking of coupons, yesterday I tried loading coupons on my supermarket club card for the first time. It was fantastic. Why? Because I was able to stack coupons in a way I never could before.
For example, I put a $1 off coupon on the card for saving on Nutrigrain bars. At checkout I used one of the coupons for Nutrigrain bars (also $1 off) that I’d cut off the back of a Nutrigrain box. So rather than paying the sale price of 2 for $5–or $2.50 per box–I was able to apply both coupons ($1 + $1), and spent $3 all together, or $1.50 per box.
