Free Food: National Coffee Day

September 26, 2011
By

National Coffee Day is Thursday, September 29th. You would think that would mean that lots of places nationwide would be giving away free coffee. I’ve listed below where you can stop in for a free cup of Joe on Thursday: 7-11: Get a free medium coffee between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m., at participating locations and while supplies last. Krispy Kreme: Krispy Kreme is taking advantage of National Coffee Day to introduce customers to its new house blend coffee. You...

Do You Have Missing Money?

September 22, 2011
By

Everyone could use extra money in this down economy, right? Well, what if I told you there is a chance that you could get free money, no strings attached and not involving a scam? Have you checked to see if you have any unclaimed funds or missing money from an old address where you once lived (maybe you left a deposit that you never reclaimed) or you moved out of state and forgot about a local bank account? This is where unclaimed funds or missing money comes in. States are required to hold onto this money for you, and...

Free Food: Free Ice Cream At Burger King

September 20, 2011

From now until October 9th, you can get a free soft serve ice cream cone or cup at Burger King when you purchase a BK Value Meal. This deal is supposed to be nationwide and at “participating Burger King restaurants” only. However, it’s not clear how you’re supposed to determine if the BK near you is, in fact, participating. I guess you have to ask when you order? (Thanks Cities on the Cheap for a heads up on this offer.)
